Ed Marek, Executive Director
Ed has been with the Minnesota Environmental Fund since February of 2001. Originally from Chicago, Ed came to Minnesota to attend the University of MN and has never left.
He enjoys exploring the natural wonders of the state: the prairies in the southwest, the bluffs and valleys of southeast, the many lakes and rivers of the state and the beauty of the north shore.
He relishes watching the ever-changing weather while hiking, canoeing, fishing, birding, biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and photographing. Ed is also a weather spotter for Metro Skywarn.
Pam Weier, Associate Director
Pam has been with the Minnesota Environmental Fund since September of 2001. Although born and raised in Minnesota, Pam is an ardent Badger fan.
She spends many weekends at her family’s cabin in Northern Minnesota, swimming, boating, fishing and hiking. She enjoys sharing the beauty of Minnesota with her two children.
