Programs

Through their Thomas Flint Canoe Trips, Friends educated economically disadvantaged youth about the value of wilderness.
Friends of the Boundary Waters Wilderness acquired two critical parcels of land at the edge of the BWCA, formerly occupied by the Chainsaw Sisters Saloon, as another step in their continuing effort to preserve both the wilderness and public access to its wonders.
