Clean Water Fund works in Minnesota to reduce the water contamination and health impacts from toxic chemicals found in our
daily products. Just as mercury containing products contributed to mercury pollution in the Great Lakes and other waterways,
chemicals in consumer products provide an equal threat to the health of our waters. Current policies and practices are failing us.
To leave a healthy legacy for our children, we need safe products and safe ways to make and dispose of them. We have to stop using
the most toxic substances, we must develop safer alternatives and production methods that prevent harm and protect future generations
and Minnesota’s waters by making a transition to safe products and production.
